Our Focus
We focus on people. The story of one and a few often reflects the story of many. We give the spotlight to unique individuals or small groups that could be everyday people, the underrepresented and marginalized voices. By giving them a voice in the highly saturated world of media.
From people who have been impacted by war to people exploited by governments and corporations to people displaced through natural disasters, we are here to tell their stories.
Exploration of controversial issues is a non-issue. We thrive on critical analysis and providing critical perspectives that go beyond conventional thinking. We strive to create thought-provoking and unique narratives for our audiences in the form of original content.
Our Values
Editorial independence. We are fully reader and audience-funded, with all revenue being invested back into improving the platform in all aspects. We do not welcome outside funding, whether from an investor, sponsor, institution, political party or otherwise, to influence our work.
Transparency. We believe that it is only fair to our investors, you, and the readers to know where we get our funding, what we do with it, and the impact we have made. Hence, we will release transparency reports to our members annually so that there are no walls between us and the readers. This also goes to our publication; we always make sure we are as honest and transparent as possible in our reporting and analysis.
Our Format
There is no limitation to our content formats. Depending on how we see which format best fits the story, we will pursue that medium to ensure that the story is told in its purest form.
